The BC Construction Industry Skills Improvement Council is a leader in workforce development programming. We develop learning tools and resources and provide services for unions, contractors, trainers and workers, with a focus on pinpointing foundational skills’ challenges and designing curriculum and industry-specific training programs to help workers succeed in technical training and on the job.
