The Canadian Council of the Blind (CCB) is the largest membership based organization of the blind in the country. With over 65 chapters in Canada, the CCB not only offers advocacy services, but also provides services that are vital to the blind community. All the directors and officers of the CCB are either blind or legally blind so they personally know the effects of vision loss in contrast to other stakeholders. The CCB is a registered charity.
