Description of Activities
The Progressive Contractors Association of Canada (PCA) is the voice of progressive unionized employers in Canada’s construction industry. Our member companies employ more than 25,000 skilled construction workers across Canada, represented primarily by progressive labour unions. PCA advocates on behalf of its members in the procurement, labour, health and safety, training, recruitment, and other ministerial files, including how those policies affect the general health, competitiveness and fiscal sustainability of the construction industry and society more broadly.
