As part of CHBA BC's Day at the Legislature event, discussed priorities and further action that can be taken around streamline housing approvals, low carbon solutions, and reducing the costs of new homes. This included further improvements to provincial regulations, expanded funded for CleanBC incentives to energy retrofits, and reforms to development finance tools. Initiatives underway to address workforce labour challenges were also discussed.
