BC Notaries want the government to review and add to the BC Mortgage Broker's Act. BC Notaries handle a bigger amount of BC's real estate transactions since the Act was enacted decades ago. They will be speaking to the Ministry of Finance officials about the Act and then advocating for changes to allow them a greater role and responsibility in delivering services for real estate transactions.
