Establish BC Water and Waste Association (BCWWA) as the association of record for local and provincial governments when considering drinking water and effluent legislation. Act as an industry focus group for the province and municipalities when taking into consideration legislation that effects asset management in BC. There is an interest within our membership of water professionals to be kept abreast of any legislative or regulatory activity as it pertains to healthy drinking water, industrial water discharge to the environment, municipal waterworks infrastructure investment and any labour legislation that could improve accessibility to skilled trades in the waterworks sector.
