Lobby for changes to the Small and Medium-sized Business Recovery Grant eligibility. Currently, the eligibility criteria will not include many of the Tourism businesses the grant is intended to help, including all outfitters. This changes need to includes eliminating the PST requirement, reducing the number of employees to two, improving the methodology to demonstrate loss and reducing the burden on the application.

Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae (movi) is a pathogen that threatens wild sheep health. This disease comes from domestic sheep and the best prevention is signification separation to not allow transmission. We support continues monitoring and testing of both, domestic and wild sheep. The sheep management decisions need to be science-based and focus on what is best for the sheep herd. Where there is significant populations to allow a harvest, we expect one to occur/continue.
