To ensure the BC Low Carbon Fuel Standard Act and Regulation is strengthened to 2030 under the CleanBC policy framework. Seeking to have the BC carbon tax design amended to relieve biogenic carbon emissions and specified non-fossil clean fuels relieved from the tax. Seeking to align BC funding programs (e.g. InBC Investment Corp., CleanBC Industry Funds, ICE Fund, Part 3 Agreement Program (BC LCFS) and other BC tax policies (e.g. federal ZETM income tax cut and accelerated depreciation for clean manufacturing) with federal programs and policies to amplify and accelerate clean fuel investments in BC.
