Support Assistant Deputy Ministers of Environment and Climate Change Strategy on interface between Provincial regulations and management plans with Federal regulations by offering mining industry's experience and perspectives. This includes the development of Federal Coal Mine Effluent Regulations, revisions to the federal Species at Risk Act, the implementation of the Canada-BC Conservation Agreement for Southern Mountain Caribou, and the implementation of the federal Fisheries Act.
