Provide input and recommendations with respect to BC's climate change policy with specific focus on any zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) policy that may affect the demand, supply, adoption and life cycle management of these vehicles. This includes, ZEV sales mandates and related regulations, fueling infrastructure, incentives, vehicles utilized by government and business fleets, passenger transportation (taxis, car sharing & ride hailing), battery policy, hydrogen policy, etc.

- Development of any legislative proposal by the government of British Columbia, a Provincial entity or a member of the Legislative Assembly
- Development or enactment of any regulation, including the enactment of a regulation for the purposes of amending or repealing a regulation
- Development, establishment, amendment or termination of any program, policy, directive or guideline of the government of British Columbia or a Provincial entity
