Development of polices to curtail antisemitism and antisemitic speech and incitement in elementary and secondary schools and institutions of higher learning. Introduce new legislation mandating the use of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance Working Definition of Antisemitism across all levels of education to ensure that educational institutions are safe spaces for Jewish students and are actively working to adopt policies and rules to address and combat racism and hate.
