Specific Topics of Lobbying Communications Intended Outcomes Associated Subject Matters
To discuss the crisis in family medicine, the challenges faced by family physicians, and the ways family physicians and government can work together in the interest of patients.

Close to a million people in British Columbia still can’t access a family doctor, while evidence shows that an ongoing relationship results in better patient health outcomes and saves the health care system money.

Improvements need to be made to support family physicians, such as the reduction of administrative burden and access to basic employment standards, so that family doctors can continue to provide care the care that communities in BC need and deserve.
