Developing an integrated work, play, live, housing and mixed tenure model that incorporates market, social, and supportive housing as well as commercial and retail uses while embedding-low barrier employment. The model contemplates a lease/equity structure on a voluntary basis with municipalities and Indigenous Nations to maximize land use and community benefit.
