BC Dairy is seeking to work with government to address the mounting challenges faced by dairy farmers due to soaring production costs. Rising expenses for feed, labour, and other inputs continue to impact dairy farm business sustainability. BC Dairy seeks to engage with government to ensure the sustainability of this vital sector's ability to feed communities.

- Development of any legislative proposal by the government of British Columbia, a Provincial entity or a member of the Legislative Assembly
- Introduction, amendment, passage or defeat of any Bill or resolution in or before the Legislative Assembly
- Development or enactment of any regulation, including the enactment of a regulation for the purposes of amending or repealing a regulation

The BC Dairy Association seeks BC Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and Ministry of Jobs, Economic Recovery and Innovation support to increase dairy processing capacity and investment as it relates to the Western Canadian dairy industry. Securing BC’s local food supply is key to creating jobs for British Columbians both during COVID-19 and recovery.
