Improvements to the Employment Standards Act, Labour Relations Code and Workers' Compensation Act and associated regulations to increase rights and protections for all workers including temporary foreign workers and undocumented workers. Increased resources for the Employment Standards Branch and Labour Relations Board. Increased education, proactive enforcement, and penalties for worker safety and employment violations.
