• To inform key decision-makers about the role Engineers and Geoscientists BC play in regulating engineers and geoscientists in the province of BC and to work collaboratively to advance the regulation of engineering and geoscience in the public interest.
• Engage with government at all levels to support shared policy objectives (climate change, diversity and inclusion, Indigenous reconciliation).
• Engage on the implementation of the Professional Governance Act to support government in ensuring the safety of British Columbians.

- Development of any legislative proposal by the government of British Columbia, a Provincial entity or a member of the Legislative Assembly
- Development or enactment of any regulation, including the enactment of a regulation for the purposes of amending or repealing a regulation
