Nov. 9, 2021 Meeting (virtual) with Provincial Health Service Authority staff, Kim Korf-Uzan, Director Crisis Line Enhancement Project. Meetings included staff of other regional Crisis Line service providers. Meeting was attended by Thaddee Bergler and myself, Christine Mohr.
Focus was to provide information about the potential impact on community of tendering the existing regional Crisis Line services. Lobbying was to halt moving forward with an RFP process and instead to do direct award to existing regional Crisis Line service providers. Footnote1

Focus of lobbying was to highlight risks to doing so for communities and to lobby against the tendering and to do direct awards of contracts to existing service providers.
