Creation of good, stable, family supporting jobs in the skilled trades through apprenticeship and training programs, supports to reduce barriers for underrepresented groups in the trades, funding for the BC Centre for the Women in the Trades, use of Community Benefit Agreements with targeted hiring of women, Indigenous workers and members of other equity groups, and re-establishment of compulsory trades certification.
