Shared YWCA BC's Cost of Inaction Report quantifying the annual costs of gender-based violence in BC at $1.12 billion dollars. Advocated for greater investment in support for survivors and gender-based violence prevention programs, as outlined in the 21 recommendations in the Systemic Review of the Legal System’s Treatment of Sexual and Intimate Partner Violence report by Dr. Kim Stanton. In addition, advocated for measures to prevent and counteract workplace sexual harassment.
