Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae (movi) is a pathogen that threatens wild sheep health. This disease comes from domestic sheep and the best prevention is signification separation to not allow transmission. We support continues monitoring and testing of both, domestic and wild sheep. The sheep management decisions need to be science-based and focus on what is best for the sheep herd. Where there is significant populations to allow a harvest, we expect one to occur/continue.
