As part of Canada Fortescue Future Industries Ltd.’s Canada-wide efforts to identify investments in green hydrogen production opportunities, engagement with a cross-section of the country’s public sector, including B.C., is underway. This engagement is focused on understanding B.C.’s interest in green hydrogen production from renewable electricity sources and refining the engagement accordingly. The company is seeking to develop business relationships with British Columbia, inlcuding the BC Hydrogen Office, with a view to securing future contracts in the green hydrogen production space, and to influence the ongoing development of B.C.’s hydrogen strategy to secure a favourable investment climate for CFFI.
