The intended outcome is that the government will consider our recommendations when designing policy which will ultimately reduce cancer incidence and improve health outcomes for those living with cancer. In 2016, the Canadian Cancer Society intends to make recommendations to improve tobacco control, reduce sugary drink consumption and improve equitable access to the HPV vaccination.
