Introduction to the BCRPA and the sector of parks, recreation and culture. BCRPA met with Minister Chong to discuss the outcomes of the National Recreation Summit, held in October 2011. This meeting was to review and endorse the critical path towards the identification and implementation of a National recreation agenda and also to offer BCRPA's support to the Ministry, as this issue is brought forward at the Ministerial meeting in June 2012.
