Arranging meeting between an individual and a public office holder
The BC and Yukon Community Newspaper Association (BCYCNA) represents companies that publish newspapers and digital content in communities around the province. BCYCNA wishes to meet with several public office holders, staff of the Premier's office, and staff of the Government Communications and Public Engagement office, to raise awareness of locally owned and operated community newspapers and their role in informing the public on government initiatives. It is intended to direct more of the dollars used for advertising to be spent on advertisements in BC's community newspapers.
