1. Provide input and make recommendations to the government regarding policies, programs, legislation, regulations and decisions that impact the demand and supply of vehicles with the intended outcome of accelerating the rate of EV adoption in British Columbia and ensuring fair treatment of Tesla customers under any established or proposed demand-side programs; 2. Provide input and recommendations to government on electricity policy and rate design, particularly where it may impact electric vehicle infrastructure deployment; 3. Provide input, make recommendations and provide support for the development of EV charging infrastructure on public lands in BC to help accelerate the adoption of EVs in the province. 4. Provide input and recommendations on the development of ZEV Standard policy, regulation and any associated legislation with the objective of ensuring that it is sufficiently robust to meet the government's existing stated goals for ZEV adoption and learns from the experiences of other similar programs in North America. Tesla will undertake direct and grassroots advocacy in support of Bill 28 (and its regulations) the Zero Emissions Vehicle Act in 2019. 5. Tesla will also provide input in the regulatory review process for the BC Low Carbon Fuel Standard (BCLCFS). 6. Tesla will undertake direct and grassroots advocacy in support of Bill 28 (and the ongoing design of its regulations) the Zero Emissions Vehicle Act in 2020.
