The Foundation's purpose is centered on educating individuals about the prevention and management of heart disease and stroke, and to fund medical research regarding the causes of these conditions. The Heart and Stroke Foundation is led and supported by a team of more than 125,000 volunteers and sustained by the commitment and generosity of more than 1.4 million donors. |
