Development, establishment, amendment or termination of any program, policy or decision
We will be promoting plant biotechnology as an important tool of innovation, and a choice for BC farmers to help increase yields and improve sustainability. We will also be promoting plant biotechnology as a benefit for BC consumers, giving them more options for healthy, nutritious, affordable food for their families. We will be advocating for policies that recognize the role of plant biotechnology to help the agricultural sector in British Columbia grow and thrive, and to provide choice for BC consumers.

We will be promoting the responsible use of federally regulated pesticides as one of many tools to create healthier urban green spaces for British Columbians. We believe that healthy urban green spaces encourage physical fitness, maintain bio-diversity by providing food and habitat for wildlife, reduce the warming effect of hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt, produce oxygen, capture carbon and pollution and reduce noise. We will be advocating for policies that do not curtail, either by legislation or regulation, the sale or use of federally tested and approved pest control products by British Columbians.
